Admission Procedure

  1. Fill out the application form.

  2. For entry into Montessori, the student must have attained the age of 2 years 6 months by May of the year of admission.

  3. Submit the application form with a copy of the Child’s 2 years academic reports, ( Grade II & above ) birth certificate, T.C. & 5 passport size photographs.

  4. Include a non refundable deposit of Rs.8,500.00 with application form towards admission & registration.

  5. Entrance tests will be conducted as follows.
    • For entry into Montessori - Informal test.
    • For entry into Grade I to Grade IV – Written tests in English, Maths & Hindi.
    • For entry into Grade V to Grade IX – Written tests in Science, Maths English & Hindi.
    • The tests will be based on the CBSE syllabus completed in the previous year

  6. An evaluation will be carried out on the basis of marks obtained in the tests and the previous reports. Short listed candidates will be called for an interview.

  7. If your child is offered a place at the school and you wish to accept it, you must pay the registration fees immediately. Failure to do so will render the seat being cancelled and being offered to the candidate next on the waiting list.

  8. On being granted admission, you need to fill in the medical form and transport form.

  9. Successful candidate after paying the registration fees must pick up the admission card. Students will not permit into the class room if they do not have the admission card.

FEES

  • Under no condition will any refund be made once the child has been granted admission.

  • School fee can be paid at the school counter before 5th of the specified month If fees are not paid on time, parents will be asked to withdraw their children or a re-admission fine will be levied.

  • Year end (after one academic year) withdrawals must be intimated to the office in writing by March 30th failing which a penalty of one term fees will be levied.

  • Fees will be paid Monthly/ Quarterly/Yearly. A current dated cheque/DD/cash with post dated cheques for the rest of the fees are expected to be given at the time of admission.

  • They should be made in favour of “BRS Educational & Charitable Trust”.

Please note Transport charges must be made in 2 installments.
